Christopher Sullivan, CPA

Chris joined Axonic Properties in 2017 and oversees the accounting functions of the firm. Mr. Sullivan is responsible for the preparation of quarterly financial statements and leads the annual audit and tax filing processes as well as assisting with investment underwriting and asset management. Prior to joining Axonic, Chris was an audit manager at Ernst & Young. Chris has an M.S. in Accounting from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.A. in Economics from University of Delaware.
