Jonathan Shechtman

Jonathan joined Axonic Capital in 2012 and founded Axonic Properties in 2016. He serves as the Managing Principal for Axonic Properties and leads all investment selection and asset management for the firm. Mr. Shechtman is responsible for creation and execution of strategic business plans to reposition each investment. He has successfully led 11 investment vehicles at Axonic since 2012 with over $1.6b property acquired. Prior to joining Axonic he co-founded two distressed real estate funds focused in Florida. Jonathan graduated from Bucknell University with a B.S. in Business Management.
