Zach Finkel

Zach joined Axonic Properties in 2022. He leads asset management and construction for the firm’s portfolio of properties. Prior to joining Axonic, Zach oversaw asset management and construction for a 7,000 unit operator based in Atlanta. Before that, he was the Head of Asset Management for a $3B private REIT with 21,000 units based in New York City. Zach started his career at The RADCO Companies in Atlanta where he was instrumental in raising high net worth capital and growing the investment platform to acquire over 20,000 units. Zach has a B.B.A. in Real Estate from the University of Georgia.
